Who we are

Persiv Technology builds data and operations software - PersivX, PersivApp, and PersivAI Assist. For anything in this policy, or to exercise any right described here, write to info@persivx.com. Our registered office is at Surat, Gujarat, India.

What we collect

We collect two kinds of data on this website, and nothing else.

1. What you type into the demo request form. Your name, work email, company, and chosen products are required. Phone number, company size, role, and your message are optional. We only ask for what we need to arrange and prepare for a demo.

2. Basic information about your visit. We use Google Analytics to measure how this site is used. It records pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, the site or search that referred you, and your device and browser type. It also records which buttons and forms were used, so we can tell whether the site works. We do not use this to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.

Why we collect it

Form submissions are used to contact you about the demo you asked for and to answer your questions. Analytics data is used to understand which pages are useful, find parts of the site that are broken or confusing, and decide what to improve. We do not use website data to make automated decisions about you.

Where it goes

When you submit the demo form, your details are sent to our application backend, stored in our leads database, and emailed to our team so someone can respond to you.

We use a small number of third-party services to run this site and our business. Website usage data is processed by Google Analytics (Google LLC), which may store and process it on servers outside your country. Our email and hosting providers process data on our instructions only. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site does not use cookies for advertising. The cookies it does set come from Google Analytics (named _ga and _ga_…) and do one thing: recognise a returning browser so the same person is not counted twice. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works normally either way.

How long we keep it

Demo enquiries are kept for as long as we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can pick up the conversation if you return. Google Analytics data is retained for the period configured on our account, after which it is deleted automatically. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. You can also withdraw consent you previously gave.

To make a request, email info@persivx.com. We will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may raise the matter with the relevant data protection authority in your jurisdiction.

How we protect it

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted to the people who need it, and our wider security practices are described on our Trust & Security page.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and revise the date shown above.
